In this cause, it appearing from the Plaintiff’s bill, which is sworn to, that the Defendant, Tesa Rene Otey address unknown, it is ordered by me that publication be made for four successive weeks, as required by law, in the Elizabethton Star, a newspaper published in Elizabethton, Tennessee in Carter County, notifying said non-resident Defendant to appear before our said Chancery Court, at the Courthouse, 801 East Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN within thirty (30) days after this notice has been published for four successive weeks in said newspaper, and make answer to said complaint, or the allegations there of will be taken for confessed and this cause will be set for hearing ex parte as to Tesa Rene Otey.
