PUBLIC NOTICE

Carter County, Tennessee is now accepting bids for the items listed below.
All bids must be submitted in writing and meet all specifications on or before May 20, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at the Carter County Finance Office, Room 203, 801 East Elk Avenue, Courthouse, Elizabethton, TN 37643. Carter County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, maintains the right to negotiate after bid, and waive any informalities. Carter County does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin or age pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. All sealed bids must be received by the date indicated above, and should be mailed to:
