REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Sealed bids will be received in the Purchasing Department of the City of Elizabethton, 136 South Sycamore Street, Elizabethton, Tennessee, until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bids will be on the following:
FOOD CONCESSIONS SERVICES FOR FRANKLIN POOL
Specifications and bid sheets may be obtained from the above office. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability status in employment or the provision of services.
