NOTICE OF SALE

In obedience to an Order of Sale on the 3rd day of September, 2026, in the above styled cause, I will on Saturday, October 31st, at 10:30 a.m. on the premises, with the assistance of Travis Royston, #5406, of Royston Auction Company, sell to the highest and best bidder, being in the said order, the real estate owned by Charles Bowers, deceased, located at 190 Bill Nave Loop, Elizabethton, Carter County, Tennessee, 9th Civil District, as shown on Control Map 037, Parcel 013.02, and as further described in Deed Book D517, Page 173, Register’s Office for Carter County, TN. The sale will be conducted on the premises of 190 Bill Nave Loop, Elizabethton.

Sale will be made with ten percent (10%) down on day of sale with the remainder paid on or before thirty (30) days, after confirmation by the Chancery Court of Carter County, Tennessee.

Announcement made on the day of the sale takes precedence over any advertisement.
