PUBLIC NOTICE
The Executive Committee of the Carter County Joint Economic & Community Development Board will meet on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Mayor’s Conference Room at Elizabethton City Hall, 136 S. Sycamore Street, Elizabethton, Tennessee, for the purpose of discussing the Board’s financial policies and protocols, as well as preparations for the hiring of personnel for the Board. Theboard will reserve a period during the meeting for public comment and any person shall do so at the designated time.
