In this cause, it appearing, from the Petitioner’s Bill that the address of the Respondent, HEATHER NICOLE RIDDLE PEARSON, is unknown; it is ordered by me that publication be made for four successive weeks, as required by law, in the Elizabethton Star, a newspaper published in Elizabethton, Tennessee, notifying said Respondent to appear before the Carter County Chancery Court, at the Courthouse Annex located at 801 Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN within thirty (30) days after this notice has been published for four successive weeks in said newspaper, and make answer to said Petition, or the allegations thereof will be taken for confessed and this cause set for hearing ex parte as to the Respondent, HEATHER NICOLE RIDDLE PEARSON.
