NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE`S FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, Travis C. Magee executed a Deed of Trust to Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., on February 2, 2010 and recorded on February 12, 2010 in Book 51, Page 663, Instrument No. 10000842 as last having been modified by Loan Modification recorded in Book 221 Page 332, Instrument No. 15002869 in the Office of the Register of Carter County, Tennessee.
