NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE`S
FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, Terry Taylor executed a Deed of Trust to Ken Turman, Trustee for the benefit of Citifinancial Services, Inc., on March 18, 2008 and recorded on March 19, 2008 in Book T825, Page 297, Instrument No. 08002062 in the Office of the Register of Carter County, Tennessee. WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of NRPL Trust 2019-1 (the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned, McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, McMichael Taylor Gray LLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on August 31, 2022, at 11:00 AM at 801 East Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN 37643 at the Carter County Courthouse, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Carter County, TN:

WEST 266 FT. TO A STAKE CALLED POPLAR IN ORIGINAL DEED AND CORNER TO JAKE SHOUN; THENCE WITH JAKE SHOUNS LINE NORTH 05 DEG. EAST 312 FT. TO A STAKE IN A BRANCH; CORNER TO CAMPBELL AND ESTEP; THENCE SOUTH 49 DEG. WEST WITH ESTEPS LINE AND FOLLOWING THE CREEK 338 FT. TO THE BEGINNING.
THERE IS EXCEPTED OUT OF THE ABOVE ORIGINAL SIX (6) ACRE TRACT ONE AND ONE-HALF (1 1/2) ACRES. MORE OR LESS, HERETOFORE CONVEYED TO BURL HOLDER AND WIFE, BY JAMES J. OLIVER AND WIFE, BY DEED DATED JULY 26, 1950 AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 153, PAGE 528, IN THE REGISTER’S OFFICE FOR CARTER COUNTY, TENNESSEE.
BEING THE SAME FEE SIMPLE PROPERTY CONVEYED BY DEED FROM SAM DAVIS AND DEBRA DAVIS, HUSBAND AND WIFE TO TERRY TAYLOR, DATED 12/31/1996 RECORDED ON 01/07/1997 IN BOOK 426, PAGE 613 IN CARTER COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF TN.
